Allison Winters, RDH
Allison graduated with her RDH from Kennedy-King College. She has been involved in dentistry for over 19 years and is familiar with all aspects of dental care. If you ask her what her greatest passion is, she would answer teeth. Allison enjoys music and going to see a good musical.
On the weekends, you can find Allison relaxing with her family, volunteering at local fundraisers or at her church.
She looks forward to getting to know you and your family.
Desiree Schierholtz, RDH
Desiree has been in the dental field for eight
years and has worked in Orthodontic and Periodontal
practices. She graduated in 2009 from Prairie State College
with her AAS in Dental Hygiene.
Desiree has a passion for dentistry and truly loves helping
our patients achieve a healthy mouth. Desiree loves learning
and is committed to the advancement in dental hygiene.
In 2011, Desiree received her certificate from the Academy
of Laser Dentistry as a Certified Laser Hygienist, offering
our patients the most up-to-date treatments available.
Desiree is married with two children and lives in
Bourbonnais and loves spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Lyskawa, RDH
Welcome to Olympia Fields Dental Associates! My
name is Jennifer and I have been working in the dental field
for the past 11 years. I am a graduate of Prairie State
College.
As a hygienist, I pride myself on giving my patients the
quality care they deserve. I enjoy all aspects of dental
hygiene, but what I enjoy most, is getting to know my
patients and helping them achieve a beautiful smile and gain
greater self esteem.
I am originally from Alsip, but currently live in Highland,
IN with my husband Chris and our daughter Alyce. When I
am away from the practice, I enjoy spending time with my
family, traveling, swimming, softball, camping, and of
course shopping!
Christina Young, RDH
Hi, my name is Christina Young and I have worked in the
dental field for 15 years. I am a graduate from Prairie
State College with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. I am very
detail oriented with a strong desire to help patients gain
confidence through their smiles. I am also dedicated to
learning and advancing my knowledge in hygiene care. I am
married with one son, Dominic, and reside in Frankfort.
Family time and outdoor activities keep me busy outside of
work. I love to cheer on my son at his football games and
host numerous pool side bbq's. I look forward to meeting you
and your families and am always available to answer
questions.
